Registration and Enrollment Information
We do not discriminate in our admissions policies based on race, gender, religion, place of national origin,physical or mental abilities. Children with special needs will be considered for admission on an individual basis.
Space for all programs is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Current availability reflected on the registration portal.
You must pay the one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee per enrolled child. This fee is automatically added to the first session you enroll and will be collected when the final camp dues are paid.
All payments are processed through Active via credit card. To pay by cash or check, you will need to come to the Administrative Office to register.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT PLANS
Payments can be processed in full at time of order or charged as an initial 10% deposit and one future installment per session. All deposits and registration fees are non-refundable.
A 10% sibling discount is given to families enrolling two or more siblings in summer camp. This should be automatically added to the second child or additional children enrolled on the same order. If you have children at one of our preschools or the discount does not appear, please contact the office for a discount code.
Tuition subsidies of up to 50% are available to those who qualify. New subsidy forms are required for all families requesting assistance. Once your subsidy is approved, you will receive a discount code to enter during checkout.
Your tuition, less non-refundable deposit, is refundable ONLY if you provide a two-week written notification to drop the session of camp. You are responsible for tuition in full unless you notify the Footsteps administrative office, in writing, two weeks before to tell us your child will not attend. If we do not receive written notice at least two weeks before the week your child will not attend, you must pay the entire week’s tuition.
